what to post when you don't have results yet
(or when your results don't feel impressive enough to talk about)
this is something I see holding SO many people back, and for a while it held me back too. the problem is NEVER that you don't have anything to say, it's that you've convinced yourself nobody will care until you have something BIG in the results department to show them, and so you wait, and while you're waiting, someone else with less knowledge and smaller results is out there posting anyway and building the audience you want. trust me on this one.
you don't need a million dollar screenshot or an impressive weight loss or skin before and after to start (or an impressive portfolio, etc), you need a perspective, and here's how to find yours.
